1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to our video course website (the “Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our Website, services, and products. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. REGISTRATION

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 13 years old. You may need to register with us to access some features of our services. If you choose to register, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

3. MEMBERSHIP

You become a member when you sign up for a course with us. Signing up means that you agree to the terms, conditions, and limitations associated with said subscription, which are detailed on the Subscription Plans page of the Website.

4. PAYMENT

We offer “one-time” and “recurring” subscription plans. As the name suggests, you pay only once for one-time plans, which may be for limited time  (e.g. 1 year) or for unlimited access. This is usually made clear in course-related copy and on the Checkout page (see example below). For recurring subscription plans, we will charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all subscriptions purchased by you.

5. USER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the content, including but not limited to photos, profiles information, messages, search, and other content that you upload, publish or display on the Website or transmit to other members.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that we retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the Website, including applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. We are not granting any license to you under any of those intellectual property rights by virtue of these Terms.

7. PRIVACY

By using our Website or services, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use your data.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including any inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. DISCLAIMERS

Our services and all content are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages (including damages relating to lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill) arising out of, or relating to, your use of the Website or any of the services, regardless of the form of action.
