Pilates and Core Strength
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and balance. It is designed to keep joints and muscles in optimum health and function. We practice a highly effective method of Pilates based on osteopathy aimed at helping you get better quickly and stay free of aches and pains.

We recommend that clients looking to join a group class start with a 1-1 session during which we can assess your level, teach you the very basics and identify the areas you most wish to work on. We can even record a video of the exercises covered during the session for you to keep on your smartphone.
